Mayflower Waterworks Precautionary Boil Order Notice
A boil order is in effect for northern portions of the Mayflower Waterworks system due to a utility contractor boring and striking a 6” main. The contractor, not affiliated with Mayflower Wateworks, was operating without valid locates and was on the wrong side of the street.
All affected customers should boil their water for at least one minute before consuming the water.
“Boil Order” signs are posted in affected areas. Samples are being sent to the Arkansas Department of Health for testing. Public notifications will be sent when the boil order is rescinded.
The streets impacted by this order are areas north of Sturgis and Sidebottom Road and Gold Creek bridge including:

- Brannon Landing Road
- Bruno Cove Road
- Chandler Road
- Charles Street
- Earl Drive
- East Brannon
- Freeway Trail
- Fulmer Lane
- Gail Lane
- Gold Creek Landing Road

- Henderson Lane
- Highway 365 (from Gold Creek north towards Conway City Limits)
- Langley Trail
- Mike Lane
- Mt. Gale Road
- Sturgis Rd (175-348)
- Walker Lane
- West Brannon
- Wildwood Drive
- Wilhelmina Cove Road
- Windwood Loop
