Online Bill Payment
We are excited to offer our customers the option to pay their bill online through our provider, PayStar. You may pay your bill 24/7. You may use a Debit Card or Credit Card or E-check. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. Just click the green Pay Your Bill Now button located to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. Mayfower WaterWorks is not responsible for U.S. Mail delivery, checks in transit, and/or checks or billcards lost in transit. Failure to receive bill does not excuse payment. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payments are posted to your account the day they are recieved in our office.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-Off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address or drive through during normal business hours. To avoid longer wait times, please have your bill card with you. Payments made after hours may be placed in the drop box below the drive through window. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments are posted to the customer's account on the date they are received in our office Payments may take up to fifteen business days to be received from the bank and post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
