JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

THE MAYFLOWER Waterworks Department is accepting applications for the position of Customer Service Representative.  This is a full time position with w/excellent benefits. This position entails assisting customers by receiving utility payments and responding to customer requests, questions or complaints.  The ability to work without full-time supervision and the ability to operate a computer and equipment to process data related to customer accounts and the customer billing process is a must.  Must have high school diploma or GED and pass background check and drug screening prior to employment. Applications may be obtained from Mayflower Water Dept.  8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  Application deadline is Thursday August 29, 2024 or until position is filled.  Mayflower Waterworks is an equal opportunity employer.
